The Ranch House at Joe's Valley

3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Sleeps 13 Orangeville

The Ranch House is located just minutes from the bouldering mecca of Joe's Valley. Nestled on a large patch of farmland, the 1800 sq ft house feels secluded while still being conveniently located to the local amenities of Orangeville and Castle Dale as well as the climbing.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house sleeps up to 14 guests. The flexible sleeping arrangements make The Ranch House a great home base for your group's trip to Joe's or The San Rafael Swell.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and a TV. We also offer guests complimentary use of two standard sized crash pads during their stay!

The Ranch House is also centrally located to many exciting local attractions. Guests can fish, swim, or paddle board at the Joe's Valley Reservoir which is a short drive up Highway 29.

The San Rafael Swell can be reached just 20-30 miles away where you can find the Buckhorn Wash Pictograph Panel, which features 130 feet of ancient artwork that dates back to over 2,000 years ago! There’s also more classic bouldering only 20 miles away at Triassic.

Perfect place to stay and relax. Great views, wildlife nearby to watch. All the essentials that we needed. The kids enjoyed some time at the lake nearby after their stock show. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a group to be able to come back to after a busy day and enjoy each other’s company with enough space for everyone! Great place! I’d recommend it!

This location was so beautiful surrounded by open fields and an awesome view of the mountain. It was close to the mouth of the canyon, so our trip up the mountain (where we were having our reunion) was so quick and convenient! Nice and updated. Open and spacious floor plan. Loved that it slept so many people so our whole family could stay together and enjoy it.

Super cozy and clean. There is a lot of space and seating, so big groups can stay there comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of the basics and general necessary supplies. Weston was great at communicating with me and being responsive. We loved our stay!

Private Oasis!

We had such a fun time! We were there with another family. The hosts were amazing and gave great suggestions and even offered to show us a few things. They dropped a few pins for us for both beautiful nearby hikes, good beginning bouldering and gave some good local food reviews. Included with the rental were two fall mats. The kitchen has a great cooking space and they had a lot of utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. I loved that though they included coffee, they also had some gourmet roasted chicory options and teas. Along with both a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. There were plenty of towels which is important with such a large group. We would easily stay here (and probably will) again!
