Our group (8 adults and three children) had an amazing stay at this listing. The home looked just as nice in person as it does in the listing description/photos. It was recently constructed, so everything is still in great condition. Everything was quite clean when we arrived. The host is a property management service, and they did a good job. We had one issue with the garbage disposal, and they addressed it within a day. They offered a straightforward self-check in process, and for our group they were even able to offer early check in. One thing to note -- Yiva uses their own website to manage some parts of the experience, and it took us a bit to realize that that's where we could find important house info/instructions. The house offers some obstructed ocean views from the ground level and better views from upstairs. The neighborhood is very nice, and the location is a short drive (or ~15-20 min walk) from good restaurants/beaches. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful, fabulous Kauai home
by kristenI cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The house is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and complete with all amenities. We had two families (5 teenagers) and were comfortable with more than enough room. The communication, check in and check out was seamless. The location near Poipu is close to everything yet quiet and away from any tourists. I would HIGHLY recommend this to property and can\'t wait to come back.
